Breakfast
1 cup Wheat Chex
1+ cups 1% milk
1 orange
1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Homemade tuna salad with fat free mayo, lite salt, black pepper, lemon juice & onion flakes
Salad with baby spinach, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and mushrooms
2 Tbsps. fat free salad dressing
4 Tbsps. shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
4 graham crackers
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
Pork chop, browned on griddle
Sweet potato with 2 tsps. margarine
1/4 cantaloupe
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 sugar free, low fat ice cream sandwich

Here's what I had...
B: 2 Scrambled Eggs w/ cheese, 3 strips Bacon, 2 slices Marble Rye Toast, Milk
S: SBD Protein Bar
L: 1oz Steamed Broccoli, 1 slice American cheese
S: Cheese Stick, 2 TINY NIBBLES of Garlic Bread (just wanted to taste in my mouth for a split second... wasn't satisfying)
D: Undecided... we may go out so who knows
S: Slim-A-Bear Ice Cream Sandwich
Lots of water... lots and lots and lots of it...
