1/2 cup egg substitute
1 slice cheese
1 banana
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
Salad, with baby spinach, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and mushrooms
2 Tbsps. low fat salad dressing
4 Tbsps. fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. browned & seasoned tofu
2 sugar free Jello cups
4 graham crackers
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Ole Spanish Rice
1/2 cup drained & rinsed light fruit ****tail
Diet root beer
My fourth day of abstinence! Nothing tastes as good as my abstinence feels!
