Wednesday, June 21 - first day of summer!
Breakfast
1 cup raisin bran
1+ cups 1% milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 grapefruit
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. low fat yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup low fat cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
1 cup heated green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine
4 graham crackers
1 peach
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
4 oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
My Dad has a cracked rib from a fall a few weeks ago. Also, he had too little sodium in his body, so his blood pressure was dangerously low. He feels much better now, and will be released from the hospital tomorrow.
