Met with trainer again
Hi everyone! I met with my trainer again yesterday to change my workout program. She had me do leg lunges, and today I can barely walk!LOL My thighs hurt so bad. She increased my cardio and changed my weight training program. I am happy with it. I also found out what my stomach problems have been. I have diverticulitis. That is why I have been feeling so crummy, and had abdominal pain. I have not lost much weight this month, 3 pounds, but have lost inches. I have gone from a size 28 to a 22.
So I am happy with that.

Wow! That is quite a drop in sizes. Keep up the hard work!
