Hi guys...
Didn't have time to post yesterday... didn't eat much at all though (do I EVEN remember what I had?!?! yikes) I'm not sure weather it's the heat or that burger STILL having an effect on me... but I'm completely turned off by the thought of food right now. But I KNOW I have to eat unless I want my metabolism to slow down, and darnit I've worked way to hard speeding it up to let it slow on me now!!!
Soooo here's what's I've had/will have today...
B: SBD Protein bar, coffee
S: String Cheese, 5 slices pepperoni, 28 oz water
L: I think I'm going to have some tunafish, again...
S: Probably more string cheese
D: Undecided... Chicken? More tunafish? Maybe a salad??
I'm back on my water kick... so I'll be pumping it through my system allllll day.

Isn't it funny that in our past lives there wasn't a moment that didn't go by that we didn't think of food, and now we are content with a string cheese? Gosh, how things change. I know what you mean about keeping your metabolism up. I worked out on Sunday morning at the gym and then went to a BBQ. I was feeling lazy so I walked a trail that paralleled the park. I walked 3 1/2 miles!!! I can't seem to even spend time not "doing" something!
Here is my food for today:
B: weight control banana oatmeal, oat bran toast w/jif no sugar added pb, sugar free strawberry preserves, 2 sips of coffee (I don't drink coffee at any other time then the morning, and only 2 sips. Weird huh?)
S: string cheese
L: turkey chili w/beans, 1 oz. lite cheddar, 1 tablespoon light sour cream, steamed broccoli
S: 1 sugar free pecan candy thingie. I have no idea who makes them but they are 50 calories a piece.
D: I have no idea. I have a baseball game tonight for my son and we usually go out. If not I'll end up with some tuna and light cheddar and a pickle.
125 oz water so far, vitamins, etc.etc.etc.

Let's see, here's what I have had today:
B- 6 oz fat free yougurt
S- 1 cup chicken with rice soup
L- 2 cups chicken with rice soup
S- 2 small oatmeal cookies
D- 4oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup mashed potatoes(made w/o butter and with fat free milk)
S- small peach
