1/2 cup egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
8 oz. yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
1 cup heated green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine
1 peach
2 sugar free Jello cups
4 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover crockpot chicken (2 thighs)
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
