Breakfast
1 multi-grain English muffin with margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
Hazelnut coffee
1+cups 1% milk
2 cups water
Lunch
Multi-grain bread toasted cheese sandwich (two slices cheese)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 sugar free Jellos
1 can vegetable soup
2 cups water
Dinner
3 pieces fried chicken (at husband's parents' house - brought in)
3 Jo-Jo potatoes
Coleslaw
1 thick slice bread
2 glasses whole milk
3 pieces Hershey's Pot 'O Gold candy
Sneaked
3 more pieces Hershey's Pot 'O Gold candy
3 glasses water
Unfortunately, I broke my abstinence by sneaking three more pieces of candy. Oh well, I'll do better tomorrow. I did it without thinking, so next time, I'll have to think first, before grabbing anything.
