Today's Exercise Challenge-Sat
I'd like to participate - I was just sort of confused about what it actually was - whether you're supposed to put what you did or what you want to do or...whatever, no excuse. I like the food thread idea too.
Anyway, today I did 55 minutes on the elliptical.
Yesterday, I did 45 min treadmill and then 1 hr strength training with my trainer. Legs and butt are killing me today! My thigh lift is friday so she's really trying to focus on that area. Ugg!

Hey Andrea,
Wow, after 55 minutes on the elliptical I am working on disorientation. I usually stumble off and find the cleaning stuff and then inevitably return to the machines and proceed to clean the non-existent sweat off of a machine I wasn't even on. It's kind of humorous. So I usually do 45 minutes and then stumble off!
Good luck again on your plastics. I had my first consult and it's a scary and exciting experience.

30 minutes aerobics
30 minutes Leslie Sansone's Walk & Jog
Sunday I take off. I just started that about 2 months ago. Enjoy your weekend!

Hi guys...
I'm ashamed to say that I haven't been excersizing. WELL... I shouldn't really say that, because that sounds like I sit on my butt all day. I do get excersize in all day long... just not in a work-out setting in a while.
We're doing alot of work on our property... so I've been doing alot of hauling, lifting, walking around, up and down stairs all day long. Plus I have my neices and nephews here with me, along with my son, and we've all been running around playing and just keeping active all day every day.
Soooo... I feel guilty about not getting on my elliptical trainer at the end of the day... but at the same time, after a full day of constant activity, I don't have the energy! I'm up and going around 4am every day.
Excuses, excuses... I know... I really should get back on that elliptical, and perhaps I will set that as my July goal. The positive side though, is I don't live a sedimentary lifestyle at all... it would be a little different if I sat around on my couch and ate bon-bons all day.
BUT Kudos to all of you who have been keeping to their excersize plans!!! I'll be back there with you once life simmers down a little bit!!!
