Hello everyone...
Missed the weigh-in last week, I have a houseful of relatives staying with me, so things are sort of hectec and crazy.( I think I weighed in the same as the week before, anyways.)
But despite all the activity, I still found time to make good food decisions. It was a relatively good week...
Saturday Stats:
CURRENT: 157!
Starting: 250
As of 1/1/06: 188
GOAL: 140
-2 lbs since last week
-31 lbs since Jan 1
-93 lbs total
-7 LBS away from the CENTURY MARK
-17 lbs away from GOAL!
I'm getting excited! Not really to jump and shout "YIPEEEE" yet... but give me another 3 weeks or so
One of the greatest things right now, is that I only have two more mini-milestones until I'm there. TWO. I have to get below 150, and then hit 140. THAT IS IT. IT's so crazy that I'm so close. For as long as I could remember I was always saying, "Okay, my next goal is to reach this point, then to reach another point, the re-evaluate and see where I go from there...." Never in a million years would I actually think that I would ever get this far...
Not there yet though... but my goodness I CANNOT wait for that day to come!!
*hugs*

That's wonderful CJ !!!!!!
Have you fell in love with the camera yet ? I take pictures monthly and upload them to my photobucket (www below) as a constant reminder as where I used to be......
The 300 plus pics are there and if that do not keep me on track, nothing will !!!!!!!! I never never want to go back there again.......
Keep up the great work !!!!!!!!!

Hey there Phyllis...
Ironically no, I haven't even touched a camera yet. Actually, I have ONE picture of me at 170. Nothing more recent than that, though. I'm still uncomforatble in my own skin... that's something that will have to catch up after the weight loss, I suppose. "My body" isn't used to being my body, if that makes any sense.
I LOVE looking in the mirror though. I should probably invest in a digital camera and start taking pictures...
Hi CJ,
This week I finally broke the darn mini-plateau I was on. I didn't realize that I would have to pay for that 10 lb weight loss over 2 weeks for the next EIGHT weeks!!! Grrrrrrrrrr
Anyhow, this morning I broke 220 and weighed in at a clean 219. That is a 3 pound weight loss from last week, thankfully!!! Only 19 more to my goal.
Good for you as well, I'm glad you had a good week!

Hi Donna!
Thats great news!! You're doing a fantastic job... you really are an inspiration!!
Isn't it funny how our bodies react to our weightloss. It's like our bodies have to "catch up" to our weight loss... so it stalls on us in order to catch up, and then just starts up again without really changing our routines.
Every 10 pounds or so, my body stalls out for 2-3-4 weeks. Sure it's frustrating, but in the long run, it's worth it.
Did you have your PS consult yet??? How did it go??? I'm at the VERY beginning of that road right now... and I'm a little bit lost...
But anyways, congrats on breaking the plateau, keep it up!!

Hi Juli,
Thanks for participating!! I just went to read your profile... and it's empty! *shame shame*
Anyways, not sure where you started, but sounds like you and I have about the same goal weight in mind. What I have found, is that the closer I get, the easier it is MENTALLY. It's a little bit harder (or maybe I should say slower) physically, but the mental game, at least for me, is easier than ever. Are you finding that?
Again, thanks for chiming in!!!
