Today's Exercise Challenge-Mon......

Today for me:
45 minutes elliptical
25 minutes weight circuit.
Then I went tonight with a girlfriend to my first belly dancing class. Wow what a workout!!!! I had showered after the gym only to go to the class and get all sweaty again. It was an hour of shimmying shaking and moving my hips and arms. Amazing!!! I loved it.
