Gained three pounds more!
This morning I weighed myself, and I have gained three more pounds this month! So I will have to make some changes in my food plan:
1. No more ordering pizza!
2. More nutritious lunches during the week, instead of frozen meals with alot of salt!
3. Substitute Slimfast bars in place of candy bars for Saturday nights!
4. More nutritious lunches on weekends, instead of sub sandwiches!
5. Find healthy alternatives for "special desserts" on Sunday night!
6. No more "goodies" at church after services - only drink coffee!
7. Only use client's frozen meals for when Michael has overtimes to work.
8. Try to get exercise during the week, even when husband can't join me.
There! Now I can aim for abstinence, which would be three nutritious meals a day, one morning snack during the week, and no compulsive eating. No "free" food, when it's offered, no "goodies" at choir rehearsals, and no snacks at client's house.
I'll have to pray for the willingness to make these changes, so wish me luck!
