Good Morning Everyone!
I had a really good week -- the sunshine and heat made it very easy to get in all the water I needed, and sweat out the pounds too. But the last few days it's been rainy and ucky ughhhh. I can't wait for the sun to come out again! I hope the weather is nice wherever the rest of you are, enjoy it for me, okay!!!

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO close!!! It just seems unreal that I'm actually moving in on my goal weight... I'm having a hard time fathoming the fact that I even weigh something in the 150's...nevermind I can't even imagine the scale saying 140 something. I ran into a relative this week and they said to me, "WOW, you look like an entirely different person!" I have NEVER been this small since my pre-teens. I don't even REMEMEBER the scale EVER saying the 150's or under. The last I remember was being 10 or 12 and the nurse in the doctors office saying "Okay, 165..." And it's been an uphill road since then.

Good for you! Right now, I weigh 293.5 pounds. I hope someday to get down to around 113. That's 180 pounds! I am with Overeaters Anonymous, and I hope to achieve abstinence soon. Once our one-week vacation is over, it's back to healthy eating, and keeping away from compulsive eating. Once I follow my food plan accurately, eat healthier foods, and don't accept any food outside of my food plan, I'll have abstinence, which is a most important thing to me. It's not dieting, it's refraining from eating which has been putting on weight for me every month.

Just got back from a beautiful weekend spent with friends. It rained every single day but the house we rented was fabulous and we had a great time.
I weighed in when I got home this afternoon. I normally weigh on Saturday mornings but since I wanted to chime in here I decided the heck with it.
I am down to 221, that is a loss of 1 pound from last week. I went to see my doctor on Friday and he's ecstatic with my progress. So that's a total of 132 pounds.
You had a fantastic week, you should be proud of yourself!!!
