No abstinence

Yesterday I spoke with my sponsor, and she said I did not have abstinence. She told me to consolidate my 25 character defects, and I did - and came up with 16, instead. I felt angry about the abstinence, and thought about leaving OA and going back to Weigh****chers. Finally, I called another OA member, and she straightened me out. She told me to list the foods that I liked, and have them in moderation during my three meals of the day. This sounded more livable than just living on "diet" food. Denise Phares
