Hey Phyllis!!! You have a GREAT week in Vegas. I am jealous you wild woman! For me: 45 minutes elliptical 25 minutes weight circuit Have a fantastic time!!! We will miss you but I promise we will keep exercising! I'm heading away this weekend as well, but not leaving until Friday morning. Donna

Morning: Pilates warm-up, arms, legs, and cool down Easy Steps Walking Video Evening: 45 minutes elliptical 15 minutes treadmill 30 minutes weight machines That magazine called me today. The one I turned down in February. They are wanting me to fly out June 23 to Florida. I think I'm saying yes this time. Lynette
