You guys are slackers!!!!! Except for Phyllis and Lynette. Come on, I know you HAVE to be doing something to keep moving here. Come on, chime in. 45 minutes elliptical 7 minutes step climber (first time, holy buttcheeks batman!!!) inner and outer thigh machines Will do Group Power tomorrow so no more weights today.
