Hi All... I hope the weather this week has been better where you all are than how it's been here! I find that with the relentless RAIN that's been coming down, getting in that excersize is very difficult. I haven't had the desire to with the cruddy weather... blech Anyways other than the non-stop rain, I had a decent week... here's my Saturday Stats: *****CURRENT: 164 Starting: 250 As of 1/1/06: 188 Goal: 140 -2 lbs since last week! -86 lbs total -24lbs since Jan 1 I can't wait to be in the 150's!! My goal is to be there by June's first weigh-in!! --CJ

Hi CJ The weather here has been horrible all week. I haven't had any trouble getting to the gym. Matter of fact, hit it 3 times this week. My 13 year old is finally able to use the machines and the parts of the gym he couldn't before. So he loves going, which is a great thing. I knew that 6 pound weight loss was going to be hard to match. I lost a pound this week which puts me at 222. 22 pounds more to go to goal. Starting: 352 As of 1/1/06: 257 Goal: 200 -1 lbs since last week -130 lbs total -35 lbs since Jan 1. Have a great weekend. Donna

Hello all. I'm back. Well, I wasn't really away, just in a slump and not posting. I have not done well at all the last month in terms of diet. Vacation was a disaster. Anyway, I am back and re-committing to doing this. Today, I weigh 392 - a gain of 10 lbs. since my lowest weight. Pretty depressing. I thought I had seen the last of the 390s. Karen

Well, I have felt kind of crummy this week, and only exercised once, which was Monday. But I did walk about 2 miles at the zoo yesterday while on a field trip with my 1st grader. No change this week. Good for you, CJ! I can't stand to weigh myself every week, but you're making wonderful progress! The hardest part will be to eat to keep your weight the same. That's the part that's always defeated me. Good Luck! Denise Phares
