Hi Phyllis 45 minutes elliptical 25 minutes weight circuit - uppsed some of my weights. I was so excited that my son was excited to come to the gym with me today!!! He worked out for an hour, moving from machine to machine trying to find one he liked. He likes the treadmill, so that's good. I was so proud of him!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful day! Donna

I did 11 minutes bike and 8 minutes treadmill. 15 minutes strength training. I had to make myself go today. But it is so woth it! Hope everyone is having a GREAT day! Kim
