Good Morning everyone! First off, I want to wish an early Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there!! Tomorrow's our day... relax, papmer yourselves, enjoy it.... we deserve it!! Anyways... I guess I had a decent week. Running around like crazy doing all sorts of things for the house (always). I never had a chance to excersize again this week -- plus I was still a little sore from the surgery. I noticed that in the past few weeks I haven't been drinking nearly enough water... so starting Thursday I forced myself to drink water constantly. It worked, because I dropped one pound this week. I know it's only one pound, but, it's a good thing to see that scale move after being on a month-long plateau... Alrighty folks, so here's my Saturday Stats... ***CURRENT: 166 Starting: 250 As of 1/1/06: 188 Goal: 140 -84 lbs total -22 lbs since 1/1 -16 lbs more until Century Mark -26 lbs more until GOAL --CJ

hi there CJ Happy Mother's Day!!! Why is it that when asked what we want to do for Mother's Day they are disappointed when we say "we want to be left alone!!!!" They don't quite get it, but they are well meaning. My week was normal, nothing different. I'm disappointed that some of my regularly scheduled exercise days have been replaced with baseball games and track meets, but I try not to feel too guilty. After my 10 pounds in a little over 2 weeks this week I am up a pound. I'm not too disappointed considering it is the first day of my period. I do understand what you are saying abou****er. If I mess that up even one day I can be sure not to drop an ounce!!! CURRENT: 223 Starting: 352 As of 1/1/06: 257 Goal: 200 -129 lbs total -34 lbs since 1/1 hit the Century Mark a while ago. Imagine how important it is, then I forget when? -23 lbs more until GOAL first plastics consult on June 27!!! Have a beautiful weekend Donna

Hi Donna... I hate what the period thing does to my body -- the bloating, the water retention, etc etc. Total bummer. Keep up your persistance, and you'll be fine though. I'm starting to think more and more about plastics. I want to wait until I hit my goal, and then talk serious about it. But at the same time, a part of me wants to have another child.. and I don't want to have plastic surgery and go and ruin it all. I may just wait until I'm done having kids. I'm hoping that with time, my skin will MOSTLY fix itself... but who knows, we'll see... Let us know how your consult goes in June... I'm excited for you! -CJ

Hi CJ and Donna....... I am maintaining between 150-153....... 153 this morning......... but I havn't really been trying to loose..... either I am within goal range and in goal size. I like taking pictures now, so all is well (www below) Phyllis 300/153/150-145

Hi Phyllis... I think thats a pattern with ALOT of people lately. I haven't been TRYING to lose either... and I know alot of those around me are in the same boat. The good thing though, is that without TRYING to lose weight, we haven't packed on the pounds! I don't know about you, but that is an accomplishment for me big-time. In my younger days, if I wasn't trying to lose weight, I would gain it like crazy. I would have to work hard JUST to maintain. So, I'm so thrilled that I can finally sit back and watch the scale stay the same without any effort. This is definately a first for me. But nonetheless, certainly not a comfort zone I want to be in... so it's back to the chopping block... -CJ PS -- I absolutely love your pictures... you have such classic poses!

Nice job Kim! Always remember water is KEY. It's amazing exactly HOW much water effects our bodies...
