Change failed

Yesterday I ended up bingeing because I felt the change I made from basic food plan #1 to #2 was too drastic in the carb department. I'll make changes in giving up some junk food over the weekend, instead. That'll be easier to take. Denise Phares

Denise, I am sorry you are having trouble finding your "niche" in an eating plan but keep trying, it will happen. As long as we continue to try we are moving forward. Best of luck to you. Maren

Hi Denise, Do you track your food on fitday.com? It's always interesting to see where our issues are. You may even find that you aren't doing nearly as bad as you think you are. I know in the end it's fairly simple for me. As long as I watch portions, stay away from processed carbs and sugar, and exercise 3-4 times a week, I feel great. The problem that we all seem to have is trying to make this have a beginning a middle and an end. That's not always possible. Make small changes every day and then implement them into your life. They say lifestyle change is the best choice, and I would have to say it is. My motto is baby steps, one day at a time. But make conscious choices, conscious decisions. Then you can't lose. Well, you can!!! And you will!!! Good luck. Donna
