He’s located in Wayne NJ. No matter where you are, I highly recommended going. Here is a great article about him.

I also suggest speaking to a Nutritionist. Many insurance companies allow you to see one X amount of times per year. Contact your insurance company

Not sure about belly dancing, but I am extremely gifted in break dancing. When I dance, I usually break a table; chair; lamp; someone's leg.

Alice you are doing fantastic. Yes I remember the point where my appetite increased as well, but I was always determined to make great choices. I have a lot of onions and mushrooms with everything to fill me up. :-)
