First Saturday Support of Union County is proud to have Dr. Lalla, a West Orange plastic surgeon, give a seminar on body contouring after weight loss for the bariatric patient on Saturday, Oct. 2. Our regular meeting will begin at 10:30 and we will have Dr. Lalla's presentation at the end of our regular meeting. If you have been curious about any body contouring procedures, please plan to attend this FREE and informative seminar. Topic: First Saturday Support Group REMINDER
Wow, the summer is almost gone, cooler weather forecast and I am thinking about September support....because of the Labor Day holiday, First Saturday Support of Union County will meet on the 2nd Saturday, 9/11. Hope to see many old and new losers, pre ops too! We are a warm and friendly group sharing experiences and success stories in a nice casual atmosphere. We are peer to peer, sitting around a table and talking. Many wonderful friendships have been made at our group....a place for bariatric patients to be understood and accepted.
Time: 10:30am
Place: RWJ Fitness Center, 2120 Lambertsmill Rd, Scotch Plains, Conference Room in the back of the gym.
Feel free to bring any samples to share, clothing you no longer need, pre-op photos and your wow moments and challenges!

Congrats on the one year surgiversary! It's a great feeling and your lives will change in many ways! Just remember that this "tool" will only work if you make it work. Losing is easy, maintaining is a 24/7 job! I am almost 4 years post op and each day does not get easier! I hope to get the chance to meet you one day. If you are ever near Union County on a Saturday of my support group, I hope you will come over!

Tom, thank you! That was extremely helpful! I appreciate the support as well. I don't actually get to meet Dr. Wasser until he begins Fri hours in Oct (my day off), but I have appts scheduled for the 24th for pre-op tests. I am excited to get moving!
