I'm from one parish over.... but my friends go there and needed some extra help with the church carnival....so I got recruited. Ya know how it goes...... then I beg them to help me with the Nurses Association stuff.... and the work makes a big round robin! Mary C

Linda and I are planning on coming Wednesday, can't wait to see everyone again. These dinner's are so much fun and meeting new people each time is a plus. I have lived in NJ all my life and feel like a world traveler LOL I did not know there are so many places to visit and new friends out there. I am praying for good weather so we can enjoy the beach.

Thanks to all for making this such a memorable event. The day was spectacular!! Given the solemn tone of the day, everyone still had a nice time. We laughed, we walked and we thought about that terrible day nine years prior. While we all were talking, sharing events of that day, the next thing we looked up and six miles round trip were behind us. Started out with just 1 1/2 mile goal. Just goes to show that in a group, the miles can pass effortlessly. Even Carla, giving encouragment to her husband, completed the walk----she's seven and a half months pregnant!!! Truly inspirational!! I hope to walk with all of you very very soon!!!
