Okay....I interviewed MANY local Drs. and have selected Dr. Kim.........anyone here ever use him or hear anything good or bad? I am doing a reduction of these boobies and an extended tummy tuck with lipo the 1st week of January.....QUITE NERVOUS!!

Topic: Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeons Support Group Changes
With Holidays coming up quick... we have had to make a couple changes to the Office Support Groups. So.... NOVEMBER IN OFFICE SUPPORT GROUP will be Thursday (not wed.) NOV 18th from 7p - 8p. (Online Support is that night as well but will be 6p - 7p so if you can't make it hope on line at least for the hour)
December IN OFFICE Support Group will be back to its normal Wed. and be on Dec 22nd from 7p - 8p. We took a vote at last month's meeting and majority want to keep it that close to xmas to help keep them focused!
If you have any good recipes you'd like to share, please send them to my email: [email protected] and I'll share them with our dietician to make sure they are appropriate before we make copies to distribute at the meeting.

The Avon Walk is in NYC, it is in October around the 15th.. As I said before I would love to have a team for next year. I had such a great time I have already signed up for next year.

Hi Terry, I am also appealing BCBS of Mn (uses BCBS Horizon to help determine local "customary and usual" fees). And I also used Dr. Brolin. Did you get any additional info to help you with your appeal ? back up info?
Let me know if you were successful with your appeal. This is my first post on OH. I just started the appeal process. Any advice?

Lots of good advice and here is some more.
My brother in law was in the same weight area as you. Went right up to surgery date years ago only to find out the day before surgery medicaid had pulled his operating abilities.
Finally after advice from another man who was in the same weight area as well he found his surgeon. My brother in law also had medicaid. We had to drive almost 4 hours to his office but 350 pounds and 3 years later he is well on his way. Can't hurt to give the office a call.

Thank you for the reply. I do have some skin breakdown and have had some rashes so I hope that the insurance will cover. I have been going to the Dr. for any minor issue just to have the documentation for the last 3 to 6 months.. I hope hope it works since without the insurance money I can not have plastics..
Thanks again for your insight on Dr. Fodero, I really thought he was nice but I don't know anybody personally who has used him..
