Anyone want some?

I used to love the Bariatric Advantage chocolate chews, but they went and screwed with them. I chose the raspberry as a replacement for the six bags I'd accumulated because the auto-ship had gotten ahead of me somehow. And they are not my favorite.

I don't want any money. I'll send you a handful to try, or the whole bag. Just let me know in the next couple of days, or I'm going to send them back to BA and tell them to do what they will with them.

Thanks to the gang from Banding Centers of America for another fun-filled cooking class!!  Ray, the chef, was energetic and full of useful tips. Greg was helpful and infromative.  The kale and bean soup was delicious.  I hope you guys make this a regular event.  It was so nice to see such a great turn out, hope to see you all for next month's class!!!

 I do remember  -  I think we met in ENCORE at Nordstrom......bet they miss us there!  I really like him and his work is beautiful.  I plan on doing it the 1st week of Jan.  He really wants me out of there asap - no overnight due to disturbances and "germs".  He thinks I should go home.  I want to stay for the "ggod" drugs and in case of nausea. I called him today and he said no problem staying 1 night - then I will come home and hire a private duty nurse for a few days.......what might that cost?  

I am so scared of pain....that is what I worry about.........not all the other really important stuff!!

How are you feeling?  I went for bloodwork again today... see the hematologist again next week.  Been on the tender irons for a few weeks.  Not feeling good, my eyes are burning again, which was a bad sign last time that my iron was really low :(   I will know next week how my levels are... but you probably got your bloodwork back...
