Hi Everyone, I am home and home am I. The surgery was such a success. I am so amaze that I am not in so much pain as I thought I would be in. The insiccions are so tiny and my God the RWJH in Hamilton was like staying in a hotel. The nurses were great especially Jaime. I definately have to send them something. Let me tell everyone who has not done this. It pays to researh and get a very good doctor that has a great relationship and reputation at the hospital. Dr Early Noyan is my doctor and the nurses there just loved him and I think that is why they took such great care of me. Jamiee one of the nurse took me walking on the third day twice she made sure got my blood circulation going and more. It was funny how the nurse kept asking me ifr I started passing gas on the second and third day. Well happy to report on th e third day I did. It smelt like baby fort. I was so happy I rang for the nurse forgetting that the room smelled when she came I was screaming I did it, I forted(smile) So far I have being urinating on my own since day two, passing gas, blow my nose, coughing and there is little or no pain. I am going for a short walk outside in a bit. I am on the clear diet this week and even though I have to say I miss eating Chinese food and all. I really dont feel hungry after drinking my broth soup. Another I am very happy that I did this surgery and thanks to all of you , that sent me encouraging words and prayer I truly appreciate this. Well my first office visit is next thursday so I am looking forward to it. So far I have apple juice (dialated), sugar free jello, soup(broth), orange juice(freshly squeezed) and plenty of water. Well my back is getting quiet tired no. So I am off Thanks everyone, Love Lee
