MEDICAID NJ - ANY SURGEONS??

Hey All [SO SORRY TO POST TWICE, but as this is my FIRST real post i didn't realise that the most important part of my question would be left out of my 1st long subject heading.] My Question... i have a cardiologist who believes that WLS would be best for me, but i can't find a surgeon taking medicaid (facility must be an accredited "center of excellence"). has anyone here heard of a NJ facility/surgeon who takes medicaid?? also does anyone know how to look for one?? your responses are greatly anticipated thanks linda

Linda: I don't know if he takes Medicaid, but Dr. Nusbaum (see Tooter's post below yours) is THE BEST surgeon on the planet. OK...OK...I'm a little biased. Wouldn't hurt to give him a call
