Thank you so much. And, Happy Admin Day to you also. I haven't even heard that from my supervisor. I have heard it from a supervisor, just not mine. How crappy!

hey Carolynne incase you haven't phoned yet Dr. O'malley's address is 1000 South Avenue Box 20 Rochester, NY, 14620. Just hace your Dr. fill in the OOC forms and then fax them to OHIP quicker than snail mail Dannette

I tried the cookie diet about a year and a half ago. I lost about 30 lbs pretty quickly and the cookies did keep me full but you get very sick of them after a couple of weeks. Warning! They got me so constipated that I wound up in the er with a lower bowel obstruction even though I had been telling the office for a couple of weeks I was in pain. Took 3 days in the hospital to clear my plumbing out. In short, I don't think it's safe and I hate how they nickle and dime you for everything. They even charge $100 for a pendant to wear when you achieve your goal. I think their goal is primarily the money and they don't have much concern for health and well being. And what they charge for the diet pills (which didn't have an effect on me after a couple of months anyway) is ridiculous. You could give an RX from your regular doctor for the same thing for about 1/10th of what they give them to you at the office for. Especially if you have insurance. I'm going to have the WLS on the 16th. Be careful with those cookies!
