My BIG DAY is here!!!

Well my life will change forever tomorrow...I am going to the hospital at 6:15 tomorrow morning!!! It almost dosnt seem real! I must admit that I am very very nervous, and I am trying not to show it to my family. I feel like I need to be strong and positive for them... Meanwhile, I am a complete wreck! Please Please keep my family and I in your prayers tomorrow...I could use all the help I can get. Thanks for everything! Jaime xo
