Need Info

Can someone help me in telling me what I have to do so I could get approve by my insurance to get the surgery. I need a letter of approval, how can I get that letter. If you could help me please send me a note. Thank You

Hi glenda, your surgeons office has to handle all of that. They send for your approval letter after your testing is done. Good luck!
