can anyone give me a sample of a letter of medical necessity for my panniculectomy...i want to send it with my dr's submission, thanks and can you also give me advice on their approval process.. thanks andrea

Hey girl, I have some samples of approval letters for medical necessity but I am at work right now but I will definitely email them to you when I get home. I do have one letter right now but it is an appeal letter that I got from somebody I will send that to you via email and maybe you can use some of that information. Unfortunately I dont have aetna and I dont have any info about how they work have you tried there website for information. I am going to email you the info right now.
