If you had your surgery at St. Barnabas, I'm going to assume your surgeon was Dr. Nusbaum or Dr. Bilof. Dr. N was my surgeon, and I can guarantee you - you will lose the weight. Just follow their instructions - they are the best! P~ "Life is too short to wear sensible shoes!" "WWCHD?"

Just in case no one else has warned you, approx 4 weeks out you've probably going to hit a very normal plateau. Not to worry, almost everyone hits it. Just follow the plan, and the pounds will stop dropping again. And a suggestion, I made a spreadsheet on my PC of my measurements, and once a month, the anniversary of my surgery, I measured myself. There were months when I didn't drop an ounce, but I lost inches, so being able to refer to that helped during the times that the scale wouldn't move.
