looking for info regarding powdered vitamens?

I remember someone posting about how they get all there vits in by taking a powdered vitamen supplement that the add to there drinks. I was wondering if anyone new the name of the vits. or if you guys new of any other forms of vitamens that are like that. Becuase i am having a really hard time keeping up with my vits. I am so ashamed to say this but I have not taken a vitamen in like 4-5 months.......yes I said that....and I am so ashamed too..But I have vowed starting today that I will start taking my vits if I got to choke them down until I find a sutable form that works for me..Thanks for giving me a place where I can tell the truth with out being ridiculed...Tyshea
