miralax

has anyone taken this will i be living in the bathroom does it cause pain thanks bonnie

Hi Bonnie- Yes i have been taking the Miralax..my directions were one to three capfuls with 8oz water ..I use Diet Snapple Ice Teas( i like the diet Peach or Raspberry) I was nervous at first..I started it on a Friday night..thinking the worst..but that was not the case. It does work- & no pain..very natural . No, I do not believe that you will be living in the bathroom. Start with one capful & if you need to, go up to the three capfuls.
