is insure with protein good for us

I have been taking insure with protein because i am lactose intolerant. any comments about that. Please help if u have an alternative.

Anything low carb, high protien is good for us....I like the Slimfast Opitmum also..Its low carb, and high protien!! Jen

just went to a nutrition counseling session yesterday and she said insure WAS NOT one of the better choices.

Insure has alot of sugars in it. Try the Isopure protein drinks. They come in many flavors and it's my personal choice for protein and it's all I use. You can get the Isopure at GNC. Good Luck to you! Tracy
