I am ALWAYS so FREAKING COLD!!!!!
Ok, Can anyone help? I am about 7 1/2 months out, I have lost about 114 pounds, and I am like a block of ICE all the time!! Especially my hands and feet. I can't believe how cold I am!!! I recently had a problem involving bleeding (I'll spare you the details) and am running a bit anemic now, and I am sure that isn't helping, but this isn't just recent. It's been a few months. I am just FREEZING!!!! I know I am repeating myself, sorry! But DAMN!!!! Anyone got any ideas??
Thanks!!!

Rossana,
I just wanted to tell you that I was and still am at times the same way. It seemed worse though when I was dropping the bulk of my weight. I think now that the weightloss has slowed a bit the frigid feeling I was having is not as bad. I keep a little heater next to me whenever possible. Other then that I think all we can do is pray for spring. Take care and try to stay warm!

Hi Rosanna,
I too was cold about 1 month out. It was discovered that I was also anemic and required iron supplements. I've been on Chromogen Forte (with B12, iron and some other supplement) since just before Christmas and have not been as cold as before. I wear thermal underwear and have a throw in my office just in case. The thermals help quite a bit.
Check with your doctor just to make sure. Good Luck.

I feel your pain. I constantly walk around with a hot cup of herbal tea at work because I'm freezing. I try to dress in layers now, which isn't too hard as I'm usually wearing scrubs.
When I'm at home I keep a sweatshirt on and always wear socks or slippers.
Guess my body misses it's "fat coat" lol.
I am typing with my left hand almost numb form being freezing like ice from a morgue....so I hear ya sister,,, feet cold too slippers almost 100% of the time when I am not wearing shoes..It is really hard to explain this to people who don't have a clue...My husband thinks something is wrong with me....I gave up because they just don't get it....have a great day, Lori
