Continuing weight loss

After nearly a year, it looks as if I'm leveling on my weight loss. I want to loose an additional 30 lbs. tho. I walk and/or visit a gym at least 6x a week, more activity than I've ever had. Any ideas on loosing more weight?

Try uping your protein and water intake. I do this every so often to help me with continuing my weight loss. I find that it helps, also try going back to the basics, smaller meals 5 or 6 times a day.
