b- 20 oz protein smoothie with a lil bit of oj and a banana and some milk crushed multi vit bs- 1 egg over medium with mozzarella cheese l - 1 cup of bean soup ls- 20 oz protein smoothie with a lil bit of oj and a banana and some milk crushed multi vit d- pureed pork with string beans 16 oz of 1% milk s/f ice pop is this too much?
