Northern New Jersey Support Group Meeting

Monday, January 9th is our next Lighter For Life support group meeting. Everyone is welcome, regardless of surgeon or procedure, both preops and postops. This month we are pleased to have Nicholas Merolla of Millenium Bodies Fitness as our guest speaker. Nick Merolla is an ACE [American Council on Exercise] certified personal trainer and owner of Millennium Bodies Fitness. A competitive body builder, Nick has a passion for health and physical well being. Nick has a BA from William Paterson University and an MS from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He is a recognized professional member of IDEA, and has a pending certification as a Clinical Exercise Specialist. Nick is also a regular contributer to LifeSpan Magazine and various health and wellness web sites.
