Monday, December 12th is our next Lighter for Life @ St. Joseph's support group meeting. This month our topic will be "Questions for Dr. Kamelgard - Our Food and Eating Issues". Wondering about all those noises coming from your stomach? Can dumping have long-term health risks? Do we really need to avoid caffeine? Dr. Kamelgard will answer these and many other questions!
