hi guys -- i found out last night that the policy i have has excluded WLS -- my employer doesn't feel the need to have this coverage -- is there ANY way around this??? should i just keep going ahead and leave everything up to the Dr.s office?? i've been doing the 3 month diet/exercise thing with my PCP and i will be done on 1/3/06 -- any thoughts on this would be appreciated -- i started back in august with Dr. Manigat -- but got a LARGE headache with one of his office people so we switched over to Dr. Kirkland in Philly -- we already had our office consult and did the 2 meetings -- hubby has bc/bs

the thing is my employer pays 100% -- if i was to get on my husbands plan at his work it would cost us $200 a week for coverage
