Hi Shannon - You have an Angel disguised as your Dr. - as far as my hubby and I are concerned - Dr Abkin is an Angel and a life saver. Take a look at my profile when you have a chance to get the whole story. I am sorry I haven't updated it in a while - but Phil is at goal - 300 to now at 160, and in the BEST health he has ever been in. I am still on my journey - 294 -now 173 !! size 26/28 - to a size 12 - working on a size 10 (still can't believe it) I'd like to get down to at least 150, but the going is slow - It's my own doing - or actually not doing - I've got to get back to walking/excercising, and things will move much quicker. I would be happy to be your angel also - we may even live in the same town or near each other - email me and let me know where you are from.
