6 month post-op report

Ok it has been over 6 months since my operation. I lost 170 (150 post-op) total so far and I feel great. I'm over my halfway mark. I'm doing more hiking (see some pictures here - http://www.pbase.com/philsmith/waterfalls). I'm still not going to the gym like I should... I must work on that. And I still have to get my 3-month blood work done. I hope to loose it all by my year anniversary. -phil

I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your site, but I got an automatic response with a link asking for a confirmation. When I click on that link, I get a response saying the page is not available. I just wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss. Also, the red mill in Clinton is next to a dam not a waterfall. It's still picturesque. Also, you can see many covered bridges north of Bloomsburg,Pa.
