one time only?

Is it common practice to meet your surgeon one time and not see him again till after all of your results are back? See the reason I ask is because on my referral it did say up to 3 visits - and today when i can the dr office to see about status on returned results - i was told that. hmm - makes me wonder...

Joanne, that is normal.. there is really no reason for him to see you again till surgery.. If you have ?'s I am sure Donna can schedule you to see him or even ask her and she will get you answers to anything you may need.. she is really good that way... I know you are anxious.. I was the same way.. I wanted to see him before the surgery just for peace of mind and they accomidated my request no problem.. Just advise them your concern.. Best of luck with your wls. Donna
