Hi To All On NJ Board !!!!!!!
Hello Everyone !!! So sorry I have been absent from the board for a while. Kids are really keeping me busy. I'm keeping myself busy too, by going to the gym and working out 5 nights a week. The work is sure paying off though, hit 189 lbs. today!!!!!!!! I will be 4 months out on the 25th of this month and as of today have lost 61 lbs. Now in a size 16 pants and large shirts instead of size 24 pants and 2X shirts!!!!! Sorry, have to blow my own horn a little because I'm feeling sooooo great lately. Hope everyone is doing well and having as much success as I am. I love my new world, life, mentality and body!!!!
Can't wait to see everyone at the X-mas meeting in Toms River!!!!
Love you all!!!
All my best with lots of hugs and love, Jen Davis from Piscataway
Hey Jen,
Congrats on your success! That's just fantastic! You deserve to toot your own horn and anything else you want to toot! I already saw a big difference at the Nov. meeting and thought you looked beautiful then, so I can't wait to see you at the Xmas meeting. Keep up the good (hard) work at the gym. I go every day too from 6:15 am to 7:30 am. I really don't like it, but it is a necessity. I too haven't been on the boards lately. Haven't even had time to read them......been extremly busy with my parents. Dad has Alzhiemers and Mom has Dementia and after dealing with them on a daily basis, I'm F'ing CRAZY!!! Other than that, life is just freakin grand. Went for my 12 week check up and was down 47 lbs. The size 14 pants are even alittle loose. Certainly not ready for 12's yet, but at least I can breath and bend over in the 14's. Have a fantastic Thanksgiving, Jen.

More Power to you, Jen... Congratulations

Hi, Jen I am new to the Nj forum and was reading your post. I was wondering what xmas meeting in T.R. you were talking about . Could you please let me know, I live in Pt. Pleasant and I am looking for support groups. I went to one at Monmouth Medical but Toms River is so much closer. I am going o the Barix Clinic in Langhorne,Pa. and have just sent out all my paperwork for Ins.
Hey Jen -- glad to hear you are doing so well. But I have had no doubts that you will. You have su*****redible spirit and drive - with loads of enthusiasm thrown in for good measure. Looking forward to seeing you at Decembers meeting in Toms River too. But the date has changed to Friday, December 9th. Please let everyone know. Check out my post with more info.
Hugs,
Nannette
Hi Nannette, thanks for the kind words. It always helps. I did read both of your posts. Glad to hear you had a good time on your trip. Sad to hear that your revisions need more revisions. I was so hoping that it would go smoothly for you. Keep your chin up and keep taking your percocet. I can't wait for the next meeting!!!! I was able to find some great prizes for my X-mas Trivia game. I think everyone who wants to participate will get a kick out of it!!! Hope to talk to you soon and hope you heal quickly.
All my best with love and hugs, Jen Davis
