Help I need to find a psychiatrist FAST

I just got a call today from Dr. Ewings office telling me I need a psych eval because my secondary insurance is requiring it. I live in Neptune in Monmouth County and the only one I have found that will do this is in Wayne NJ- that is hike for me. I have no more time off available for work and I am going away on a trip the first week of Dec that I have been planning for years! My surgery date is on 1/5/06 and they need the report by 12/16/05. Does anyone know of someone local to me that will do the eval?

Hi Kim- I am am post of patient of Dr. Ewing's. I had the same phone call before my surgery ( 12-17-04 )! I was able to get an appointment with Dr. David Goldberg, in Little Silver, NJ..Tel # (732 )576-8925. Hope this information is of some help.
