WLS Poem Do you have cookies in your car? Are those chips not very far? Is that soda in your glass? Did it come from a drive-thru fast? Was WLS your choice to do? Or did someone force you to? If surgery was what you chose, Why are you still doing all of those? Success begins with wise choices you make, Don't let noncompliance be your mistake, The surgery you had was to assist your change, Your compliance is for success long range. So think before you decide to cheat, Remember the goals you want to meet. For surgery is not something you were forced to do, It was what you wanted for a healthier you. -unknown

Love the poem you found Nannette. It sure puts everything we went through to get here into perspective, doesn't it? Thanks for giving Candice the address to the Toms River hospital. I couldn't find it anywhere. Can't wait for the meeting on the 4th!!!!! As alway, Jen Davis

Nan, I like the poem. I think you also had shared one with us more than a year ago, right around when I had my surgery, about a woman not recognizing her reflection... Even though I never get to see you I am still thinking of you and wishing you all the best babe. Jen

Hey Jen -- thanks for remembering that old poem about reflections -- got to dig it out again. It's always a pleasure to see your beautiful smiling face. It's a double pleasure knowing that you still think of me, (even when I don't see you enough!). It means that somehow I made an IMPACT! LOL How are you -- doing well I hope -- conquering those demons? Hugs, Nan
