happy holloween

How is everyone out there? I am feeling wonderful I will be 3 months on Nov 1 and i am down 50 pounds, I still cannot believe it it is like magic It is wierd sometime it seems so slow to lose then all of the sudden bam the scale drops.I am not complaining this is a wonderful ride I dont want it to end. Timmy has asked me a couple of times about Disney and all I have to say it is wonderful, I will fill you in more at the Nov. meeting. The food was not even an issue, I ordered some kids meals I ate alot of soup,chicken and shrimp.I also only had 2 meals a day and 1 protien drink. I brought my protien powder on vacation an had it with milk.Well I have to go I pray for all of us on this Great Journey,All good things today-tomorrow and for the rest of our lives.Nancy
