Need a Medically supervised weight loss plan pre-op!!! Help!!!

Does anyone know of plans in the NJ/PA area that I can go on before I have surgery. I have to loose a little weight and slim fast isn't cutting it! Thnak you!

I used my pcp... if you are refering the medical supervision required for insurance it must include a dr.... so go see your pcp..
