International Help Offered for Hurrican victims

I've been doing a lot of research lately to see if all of the countries that we [the USA] "help", have even sent condolences, mush less help for Americans in the midst of so much tragedy...... Our government now needs to decide who it will take "help" from. I'm not trying to start a firestorm here...... just sharing some information in case folks are wondering.
