OOC for couple days
Hey Everyone
Crunch time for the Timoteo. Just a note to let people know that I will be not posting much for a couple days. I have this *one final class* for my 4 year degree, History 310, which I am finishing (feverishly) for a September 1 deadline.. then the Final exam is on the 1st.. on Thursday.
See.. I was *conditionally accepted* into the grad program over at Monmouth University.... the Initial Certification program in the education dept... to eventually teach school.
I met my wife in February here on Obesity help, took a train to meet her May 3rd, and oh yeah... then we got MARRIED May 16th.. hehehehe :0), Then I moved to New Jersey, and I still have ONE trip left to Iowa to get the rest of my stuff, van, motorcycle, etc to New Jersey. PLUS.. I wouldnt miss the Toms River Support group this friday... PLUS I start Grad school next week.... So.. Newly moved, finishing school for 4 year degree, new marriage, new Grad school, new environment.... its been a BUSY summer for the Timmy Ray.
PLEASE...
Please if you get a chance... post a few times here on the NJ board? Its OUR board... and if a post gets five replies then it gets the **HOT** icon... people come by and see a lot of **HOT** icons.. and then THEY stay and become NJ board members...
I would love to see this board become busy and bustling..wouldnt you?
Hugs to all
Timmy Ray
PS So post a lot... I will be back in full posting fury VERY soon never fear : )
Dear Timmy,
Good luck on your exam. Try not to be sooooo stressed (remember...stressed spelled backwards is desserts) and they are no no's for us.
I'm leaving the beautiful Garden State on Thursday for Chicago for the long weekend to celebrate my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah. It is a VERY exciting family time for us all, and even though it's a SERIOUS eating weekend, I, at 9 weeks out will be able to seriously socialize with everyone and not concentrate on filling my tummy. There will be enough "good" stuff for me and I still can't eat too much without getting really sick.
I'll write again when I come home. Have a super weekend.
Love,
Betsy
